Reimbursement Conditions

For security reasons related to video games, once the order is completed and the code is used or viewed, reimbursement requests will no longer be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Receipt of Product: If, more than 2 hours after payment, you have not yet received the product.
  2. Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock and will not be available within the next 2 hours.
  3. Error with Game/Software: If there is an error with your game/software (e.g., Invalid, Used) and there is no available replacement.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Game Glitches: Refunds will not be issued based on glitches in a game.
  2. Minimum Requirements: No refund will be issued for non-compliance with the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer.
  3. User Satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued due to lack of satisfaction during the game.
  4. Failure to Read Terms: Refunds will not be issued for failure to read the description or terms specified for the game.
